Tekhne has setup a superior infrastructure for Trespa. Co-located servers, co-located databases on separate servers, with continuous load balancers and advanced HA proxy for pagespeed and performance when accessed globally. 

This is a question we think about constantly on Trespa’s behalf. We conduct quarterly review meetings and discussions to see where we can help strengthen the digital presence and improve user journey and client experience on and off the website.

As a process, we also do a retrospective after every release for KPI’s as well as to learn what we can improve the next time.

How we delivered it

We manage continuous development sprint and release cycle with a 4 week rhythm. In addition to planned releases for urgent matters we have a hotfix release with its own cycle of impact assessment, stakeholder communication and decision making, testing and reporting of the impact assessment.

How we deliver?

Our implementation method is based on the Agile framework of Scrum. Using Scrum, sprint plans are created which contains a series of tasks to meet a particular requirement - system and technical mandatories, functionality development, and design enhancements. The duration of a sprint cycle and release is every 4 weeks.
